Avec leurs vastes ressources et leur large port\u00e9e, ces plateformes exercent une influence significative sur le comportement et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des consommateurs. En offrant une large gamme de services et d'exp\u00e9riences, souvent \u00e0 des prix comp\u00e9titifs, elles attirent l'attention et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des clients, d\u00e9tournant ainsi le trafic des entreprises locales.
