The Tourism Digital Hub (TDH) project is a new digital platform created by the Ministry of Tourism with PNRR funds, aimed at innovating and connecting Italy’s tourism offering. The goal is to create an integrated tourism ecosystem involving operators, businesses, and institutions, improving the services offered and assisting tourists in planning their trips.
Eligible to join are businesses registered with specific ATECO codes (55, 56, 79) that are not in dissolution or liquidation.
The portal will allow businesses to increase their visibility, be promoted through the italia.it website, access statistical data, and improve their offerings through digital services. Membership is free and offers benefits such as greater visibility, digitalization support, and the ability to describe offerings in 9 languages.
To join, businesses must register through SPID or CNS on the italia.it portal, complete their offering description, and once approved, make it visible to tourists in the “Plan Your Trip” section.
