Destinations Management System

The Destination Management System Deskline 3.0 is a software that manages the information, resources and services of a tourist destination in an integrated way and implements its information, hospitality, promotion and marketing policies, automating the processes and activities of tourism organizations. It allows the dissemination of contents to information offices, territorial and thematic portals, web applications and commercial channels of all the players in the tourism system. The main features of this DMS consist in the management of all tourist services in a single database and the connection of the latter with the main channels of information distribution and marketing of tourism products

HERIT-DATA hat eine Reihe von @Indikatoren zur Erhebung von Daten zu Tourismusströmen definiert und entwickelt eine @Online-Plattform zur Analyse dieser Daten. Die Plattform wird politischen Entscheidungsträgern, Destinationsmanagern, Städten und Stätten dabei helfen, die Tourismusströme intelligenter zu antizipieren und zu steuern. Eine App wird diese Daten nutzen und Besuchern helfen, ihre Besuche besser zu organisieren. Alle diese Tools werden an @sechs Pilotstandorten in Kroatien, Bosnien-Herzegowina, Frankreich, Griechenland, Italien und Spanien getestet.
